This is great. I love your messages! I think you’re so inspirational. My fears are so strong. They affect me in all aspects of my life. They cause emotional blocks and keep me from doing most things. I literally just sit around on my phone cuz in afraid to face anything. I say I want to heal, but I’m afraid to do anything cuz I’m afraid I’ll fail and then I’ll never get better. I always feel not good enough. I really liked how you said that’s like saying God isn’t good enough. Amazing. Thank you!

You’re definitely not alone, but the awesome thing is that you’re aware of the things that are holding you back, and that’s the first step. Keep working to sit with your feelings, and eventually you will dive into them and through them.
