How to overcome the fear you’re not good enough - Suzanne Heyn

How to overcome the fear you’re not good enough

Your destiny is dazzling, but wait. Fear and perfectionism have sunk their ugly claws into your mind, instigating a frenzy of doubt and delusion. What if you’re not good enough?

Never fear my friend. This video shows you two surefire ways to overcome those silly thoughts, including a simple mantra to use — the exact one I used to help me overcome my fear and launch the business of my dreams.

As a side note, the tip-top of my head is chopped off in this video! I was going to reshoot, but thought what better way to embrace imperfection than pressing publish anyway? Things don’t need to be perfect to be meaningful.

Small warning! My passion carried me away and I used the word BS in the video — just once! — so if you have small children around, you may want to wear headphones.

Watch the video and then comment below. Tell me two things: What are your dreams and how do you reject the voices of fear to live them?

This is great. I love your messages! I think you’re so inspirational. My fears are so strong. They affect me in all aspects of my life. They cause emotional blocks and keep me from doing most things. I literally just sit around on my phone cuz in afraid to face anything. I say I want to heal, but I’m afraid to do anything cuz I’m afraid I’ll fail and then I’ll never get better. I always feel not good enough. I really liked how you said that’s like saying God isn’t good enough. Amazing. Thank you!

      Hi Kelly,

Thanks for the kind words. I’m glad the messages resonate with you. You’re definitely not alone, but the awesome thing is that you’re aware of the things that are holding you back, and that’s the first step. Keep working to sit with your feelings, and eventually you will dive into them and through them.

I’d really love to talk with you one-on-one if you’re interested in any mentoring time on Skype. Check out my mentoring page and see if it’s something you’d be interested in.

      I’m here for you,
      Suzanne
