The Big Shift is a powerful, but simple process based on ancient spiritual principles yet rooted in modern life. It's all online and can be done from absolutely anywhere in the world.

How it works:


Choose between a 20-minute all-level Kundalini (taught by guest teacher Danielle Mercurio) or Hatha yoga set (taught by me, an RYT). 

You'll practice the same sequence every day for 40 days. It’s recommended that you meditate for a few minutes after each practice.

A 40-day yoga practice is an ancient process of unwinding bad habits and clearing out old, stagnant energy. The number 40 represents spiritual renewal and new beginnings.

Six days a week, you’ll receive short readings guiding you step-by-step through a carefully designed process of healing.

What if I don't do all 40 days?

What is the time committment?

How much experience do I need?

The yoga classes are all-levels, perfect for beginners, and you'll also receive guidance for meditating even if you've never practiced before. Can't I do this on my own?

Absolutely. While joining the community is recommended — and some people create super secret Facebook profiles just to participate — you will still reap the benefits of a 40-day practice. After all, when I did a 40-practice, it was just me on my own, and it completely changed my life. You can do it, too!

What is Kundalini yoga?

Kundalini yoga is a powerful form that’s more rhythmic and meditative than Hatha. You have access to both and can do either one, but I recommend picking one and doing that every day for the 40 days.

It’s said that kundalini is energy lying coiled up at the base of the spine, like a serpent. Practicing Kundalini yoga encourages this energy to rise, which can over time lead to enlightenment.

The practice we’ll be doing is gentle but still powerful. It’s fun and even includes a mini dance party!

The set you’ll be doing in the course is specifically designed to rewire your nervous system for more calm and increase your intuition, which is a required tool for living your best life.

The Big Shift’s exclusive practice is offered by guest teacher Danielle Mercurio, a certified Kundalini yoga teacher. The Hatha sequence is taught by me, Suzanne, an RYT-200.
